Our Warranty

The customer has seven (60) days from when the merchandise is received to make a claim for a refund or exchange. The following terms and conditions apply and cannot be modified. Merchandise must be returned with all original packaging, contents and sales receipt in order to be eligible for a refund. Bundled and promotional items must be returned as a whole. No individual components may be returned for a proportionate refund or credit.

All exchanges can only be made for the identical product. No exceptions will be made. If the identical product is not available, one of equal value will be substituted. Products purchased via telephone or internet sale are subject to the same terms and conditions as products purchased in store. A telephone or email request for a return shipping label must be made within the seven (7) day grace period in order to qualify. All approved refunds will be made in the same method of purchase.

For accounting purposes, items purchased with cash or a check will take four (4) to six (6) to be refunded. These refunds will be made out to the purchaser in the form of company check. A store credit will be given for any merchandise returned between eight (8) and thirty (30) days from the date of sale as long as the returned item meets the stated terms and conditions.

All sales are final and are ineligible for exchange or refund on the following items:

  • Satellite telephones
  • Gift cards and certificates
  • Pre-Paid phone cards
  • Customized merchandise
  • Items marked “All Sales Final” or No Returns Accepted”
  • Damage to items resulting from neglect, misuse, moisture exposure and wear and tear
  • Receipt of sale is more than thirty (30) days old
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Data products including, but not limited to, computer hardware and software and cables
  • Delivery, installation and other fees for services
